You enjoy Pilates...
and you've thought about teaching.

You've experienced the benefits of moving with Pilates. Maybe it's helped you feel stronger, move with more confidence,

And somewhere along the way, you started wondering what it would be like to share that experience with others.

Maybe you can picture yourself leading a class, working with clients, or adding Pilates to the work you already do.

You don't need to already feel like a teacher to begin learning how to become one...

That's what Pilates teacher training is for!

Thinking about teaching Pilates
can bring up a lot of questions.

YOU MAY BE WONDERING...

  1. You love Pilates, but becoming a Pilates teacher feels like a big leap.
  2. You may have exercises you can't do and aren't sure if that matters.

  3. You know Pilates in your own body, but teaching someone else is a different skill.

  4. You want more than a list of exercises. You want to understand how to teach, modify, and put them together into a class.

  5. And even if you're ready to learn, you need a training program that fits into your real life.

I came into this program with no prior experience as a movement teacher, and I'm walking away with the confidence and knowledge to  teach.

- Jennifer

I learned more than just the exercises. I learned to really observe the person in front of me and make adjustments.

-Laura

I was nervous about teaching Pilates and now I have the tools and experience to teach thoughtful classes.

- Patricia

You Don't Have to Know How to Teach Yet...
That's what teacher training is for.

The Trifecta Pilates Mat Teacher Training gives you the education, practice, and support to move from loving Pilates to learning how to confidently share it with others.

So, what does the Pilates teacher training actually look like?

LEARN ON YOUR TIME. THEN BRING IT TO LIFE TOGETHER.

â‘  Begin Learning Today

The moment you enroll, you'll receive immediate access to the on-demand video lessons so you can begin learning at your own pace. Enrollment closes in August so every student has time to begin the foundational material before live training begins.

② Join The September Live Cohort

Live sessions begin the week of Sept 7th. This is where you'll apply what you've been learning through discussions, live classes, practice teaching, feedback, and connecting with others who are learning right alongside you.

Can't attend every session live? Sessions are recorded so you can catch up when needed.

The program is so well structured and in manageable sections. All the parts work together to support your growth.

 - Emily

The practice gave me the experience I needed to feel prepared and more confident when I started teaching Pilates.

- May

Beth and her team were always there to offer guidance during the live sessions and in the community.

- Sara

Here’s What’s Waiting Inside…

YOUR PILATES TEACHER TRAINING IS BUILT AROUND 3 KEY PARTS

â‘  LEARN

Build Your Pilates Foundation

Self-paced curriculum covering the Pilates mat repertoire,  modifications, Pilates principles, anatomy,  and special populations.

And your education goes beyond the essentials.
You'll also learn small equipment and props, studio-inspired mat exercises, and trauma-informed teaching applications.

② EMBODY

Deepen Your Own Pilates Practice

Spend time experiencing the Pilates repertoire in your own body through guided classes and self-practice. You'll work with the exercises, preparations, variations, and modifications while developing greater movement awareness. This firsthand experience gives you a stronger foundation for making thoughtful teaching choices.

TEACH

Develop Your Teaching Skills

Put your knowledge into practice as a teacher. Through live training, practice teaching, mentorship, and feedback, you'll develop your cueing, modifying, and sequencing skills.

You'll also be guided to shape your own teaching style and learn the business side of becoming a Pilates professional.

From the US and beyond...

Trifecta Pilates graduates are teaching in studios, community spaces, online, and building businesses of their own.

I never imagined I’d be here, but now I’m teaching my own 12-week Pilates series for beginners. It’s going so well with women who are committed to the classes. I feel so proud of myself.

- Markie

I came in eager to learn. I left trusting my voice and my ability to lead. Getting real-time feedback was the turning point, I realized I’m capable of confidently leading others through Pilates.

- Kely

I LOVED the hybrid approach! The live sessions kept me accountable, helped me get over my shyness, and worked so much better for me than a condensed in-person training.

- Jo-Anne

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

A Comprehensive Curriculum for Teaching Mat Pilates

EXERCISES & MODIFICATIONS

Learn the classic mat repertoire and expand your movement library with additional Pilates exercises and variations.

ANATOMY & MOVEMENT

Gain a practical understanding of anatomy that you can apply to Pilates exercises and teaching.

TEACHING METHODS

Learn to cue, observe, sequence, modify, and communicate so you can effectively guide the people you teach.

PILATES PHILOSOPHY

Connect the history, principles, and evolution of Pilates to the way the method is practiced and taught today.

SMALL EQUIPMENT

Learn to use small equipment to provide support, feedback, resistance, challenge, and variety while teaching Pilates.

SPECIAL POPULATIONS

Build the skills to thoughtfully adapt Pilates for different people while staying within your roll as a Pilates teacher.

Learn to Teach the Person,
Not Just the Exercise.

TRAUMA INFORMED PILATES APPROACH

The same exercise, cue, touch, or moment of stillness can feel completely different from one person to another. Understanding the nervous system, trauma, and stress gives you more options for responding to those differences and adapting how you teach.

Stillness was something I genuinely struggled with. Learning about trauma-informed Pilates and how every nervous system responds differently changed that. This training didn't just make me a better teacher. It made me more aware of my own body.

- Meghan

Q & A

After leading Pilates teacher trainings for years,
I’ve noticed there are a few questions that come up again and again...

My personal practice has been strengthened so much. I no longer wonder about my abilities. Beth has helped me feel confident in my body and its strength.

- Karen

I learned how I personally connect with and appreciate Pilates, and how to share Pilates from that personal place rather than from a strictly technical perspective.

- Monica

I started this training not really knowing my why. But through the training, I gained clarity. Now I’m looking into partnering with local nonprofits or community organizations to offer Pilates.

- Heather
