Beth’s guidance was instrumental. Her expertise is invaluable, and the curriculum is amazing. My personal practice has been strengthened so much through this program, and I no longer wonder about my abilities. I now feel confident in my body and its strength.

The training helped me realize perfection isn’t the goal. It’s about truly listening to your clients, continuing to learn, and refining your own teaching style. Beth and her team are so present throughout the program. You’re supported every step of the way, which makes the whole journey feel connected and personal.
– Jo-Anne
I researched a lot of programs and chose this because it wasn’t just about learning the exercises. It included understanding the body, from anatomy to how it moves, and how the nervous system plays a role. You don’t just learn Pilates; you truly learn how to teach, adapt, and support different clients.

About Beth Sandlin
Founder & Lead Teacher Trainer
I founded Trifecta Pilates with the goal of making high-quality Pilates classes and education available to people around the world.
With over two decades of teaching experience, I've taught thousands of students in person and online. I also have the privilege of training aspiring Pilates teachers through the Trifecta Pilates Mat Teacher Training.
Over the years, I've learned that moving with Pilates isn't about always working harder. Sometimes it's about finding more ease. Other times it's knowing when to challenge yourself. Learning the difference is part of becoming a thoughtful teacher.
That philosophy is woven throughout the teacher training. My goal is to help you become a confident Pilates teacher while continuing to deepen your own Pilates practice.
One of my favorite parts of this program is getting to know each student. Throughout the training, I'll be teaching, answering your questions, providing feedback, and supporting you as you grow into a Pilates teacher.
I hope to welcome you into the next cohort and be part of your journey to becoming a Pilates teacher.
