Learn to teach people, not just exercises, guiding movement that feels beneficial, accessible, and meaningful for real bodies. - Nervous System Aware
Trauma is understood not as an event but as a bodily response. You’ll learn to teach in ways that support regulation, safety, and connection. - Principles to Practice
You’ll turn Pilates principles into real teaching skills through observation, sequencing, cueing, and practice.
Meet Your Teacher Trainer:
Hi, I’m Beth Sandlin, founder of Trifecta Pilates and your guide through this training. I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 20 years, and my work is grounded in mindful movement, nervous system awareness, and making Pilates accessible for real life.
My own journey through cancer treatment taught me the power of slowing down and listening to the body. These lessons shape how I teach and how I train new teachers. I believe Pilates isn’t about striving for perfection; it’s about connection, curiosity, and building strength from the inside out.
Since 2019, I’ve been training Pilates teachers through a whole-person approach that blends classical mat work, modern movement science, trauma-informed principles, and practical teaching skills. My goal is to help you feel confident, clear, and supported as you develop your own aligned teaching style.
I’m here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you.
- Beth Sandlin

Beth’s guidance was instrumental. Her expertise is invaluable, and the curriculum is amazing. My personal practice has been strengthened so much through this program, and I no longer wonder about my abilities. I now feel confident in my body and its strength.
– Karen
The training helped me realize perfection isn’t the goal. It’s about truly listening to your clients, continuing to learn, and refining your own teaching style. Beth and her team are so present throughout the program. You’re supported every step of the way, which makes the whole journey feel connected and personal.
– Jo-Anne
I researched a lot of programs and chose this because it wasn’t just about learning the exercises. It included understanding the body, from anatomy to how it moves, and how the nervous system plays a role. You don’t just learn Pilates; you truly learn how to teach, adapt, and support different clients.
